Life of Agony is one of the most influential bands with one of the most distinctive sounds of the 90's era. A whole decade has gone by since their last album but now, LIFE OF AGONY are finally back!
Brooklyn's hard rock legends LIFE OF AGONY have signed a worldwide record deal with Napalm Records. LIFE OF AGONY returned to the stage and performed on multiple festival dates in Europe over the summer of 2014. The famed River Runs Red line-up, of vocalist Mina Caputo, guitarist Joey Z, bassist Alan Robert, and drummer Sal Abruscato were excited to take the stage together once again after a three-year hiatus. And now the band has come back to stay, as they are about to continue touring the world and release their 5th studio album, the first in over a decade, since 2005's Broken Valley.
Now the band unveiled the first details as well as the cover artwork for their upcoming album, titled A Place Where There's No More Pain, set to be released on Napalm Records in 2016!

Deadline Hollywood reports: "Among Jeff Rice Films’ (Lone Survivor) upcoming slate of projects, financier/Producer Tommy Vlahopoulos recently acquired the rights to Crawl To Me, a thriller feature written by Intruders scribes TJ Cimfel and David White and based on the hit graphic novel by Alan Robert, published by IDW Publishing. Vlahopoulos will executive produce with Robert, Matthew Lamothe, Christopher White, Jeff Mazzola producing along with Jeff Rice and co-produced by Marc Manus. Director and cast for the film will be announced later in the year."

Exclusive Line of "Killogy" Collectables Launches at Boston Comic Con from Skelton Crew Studio & Creator Alan Robert
Skelton Crew Studio, the sculpting house responsible for creating an array of high-end, limited edition replicas based on award-winning comics properties such as Locke &Key, Hellboy and CHEW, is excited to announce a new partnership with acclaimed comics creator Alan Robert to produce an exclusive line of collectables based on his hit comic Killogy (IDW Publishing).
The first products from the collection will make their debut at Boston Comic Con, July 31 - August 2, 2015. Two 16 oz. etched Killogy Pint Glasses will be available for purchase at Skelton Crew Studio's booth (D517), retailing at $10.99 each. One design features the voodoo artwork found in the comic, circled by an ominous warning of the impending apocalypse, and the other displays a bold Killogy skull logo. Each glass comes complete with a full-color, double-sided "Voodoo Brew" Drink Recipe Card, designed by Robert, using his signature artwork. More products are already in the pipeline and are expected for an early 2016 release, including a plush severed head based on the sarcastic, wisecracking Killogy character One-Eye Tessio. Fans of the comic will not be surprised to discover that One-Eye comes packaged inside his trusty Italian Ices container, just like in the books.

Killogy received critical acclaim and was named one of Bloody Disgusting's Top 5 Best Mini-Series of 2013. It received two Ghastly Awards nominations and picked up a Horror Comic Award from The Horror News Network. The apocalyptic dark comedy is now in development to become an animated series starring Frank Vincent (Goodfellas, The Sopranos), Marky Ramone (the Ramones), Brea Grant (Heroes) and Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein (of the Misfits fame). The celebrities all appeared inside the pages of the comic as well. In May, Rolling Stone posted a six-minute animated teaser. Stars Frank Vincent (Goodfellas, The Sopranos), Marky Ramone (the Ramones), Brea Grant (Heroes, Dexter), and Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein (the Misfits) battle it out in apocalyptic-Brooklyn when an ancient voodoo curse wakes the dead and floods the city with blood. This outrageous premise and bizarre mash-up of punk rock royalty, wiseguy sarcasm, and over-the-top gore makes for one hilarious rollercoaster ride.
Killogy is being produced and developed under Robert’s Wasted Talent Entertainment banner, consisting of Robert, Chris White (V/H/S Viral) and Jeff Mazzola (Descent).
Killogy was nominated for Best Mini-Series (2013) and Best One-Shot (2014) at the Ghastly Awards and picked up a Horror Comic Award for Best Scene from ComicMonsters.com. The Ghastly Awards recognize outstanding achievements in Horror Comics over a range of 15 different categories. The nominees are chosen by other horror comic book professionals and winners are chosen by a panel of judges. Alan Robert's Killogy Halloween Special (IDW Publishing) has been nominated for Best One-Shot. This is the second time the Killogy series has been nominated for a Ghastly Award. The Killogy Halloween Special stars legendary horror-punk Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein of the Misfits fame, as an apocalyptic warrior, battling cannibals in a world flooded with blood. The issue was a big hit with readers and sold out immediately. A second printing was released soon after by IDW. The halloween one-shot continues the Killogy storyline established in Robert's 2013's original limited-series. It has been reported by Deadline Hollywood that an animated series is already in the works based on the property, with voice talent including Frank Vincent (Goodfellas/The Sopranos), Marky Ramone (Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, The Ramones), and Brea Grant (Heroes/Dexter). Executive Producers Alan Robert and Rodney Barnes (The Boondocks) are developing it along with producers Chris White (V/H/S/ Viral) and Jeff Mazzola (Descent).
